The newly updated Conference and Function Centre feature 4 rooms, state of the art facilities that provide audio visual effects such as adjustable lighting and a drop down screen. The Centre has a flexible wall system that enables you to plan for 250 guests or for smaller functions and you can choose to have a number of meeting rooms with a main room or one large room. Anthony has held positions such as Director of Food and Beverage at the prestigious Brisbane Club where he also spent 6 years prior as the Executive Chef, following a number of years as Executive Chef at Parliament House and the Park Hyatt in Canberra.
