Grilled fillet steak with green bean & herb salad
   1 x 150g eye fillet steak
   1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
   1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh sage
   150g baby green beans, halved
   1 medium tomato, seeded, sliced thinly
   ½ small red onion, sliced thinly
   1/3 coarsely chopped fresh basil
   1/3 coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
   1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh sage, extra
   1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh rosemary, extra
   2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
   2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

Sprinkle steak
with combined rosemary and sage; tie steak with kitchen string.
   Cook steak in a heated oiled grill pan until cooked as desired.
   Meanwhile, blanch beans in a small saucepan of boiling water; drain. Refresh beans in cold water.
   Place beans in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
   Serve steak with green bean and herb salad.
